  • Modular Pile Customer

    To Whom it may concern,
The Emergent Classroom project completed in 2013 was a very challenging project for Enzo Developments. The construction of the equivalent of 3 schools in a span of 4 months to ensure that students were able to be in an environment conducive to learning was imperative for the students affected by the June floods. With Paul and his team of dedicated staff at Kewltec, our goals were achieved in a highly organized and professional manner.

From the planning, designing and implementation of site foundation aspects, we were able to streamline the work with the team at Kewltec. Their dedication, costing control and staff experience were key in supplying an end product that was marveled by the staff and School Boards alike. The hands on approach and input from Paul made important timelines being reduced in the decision making processes.

We wish to recommend Kewltec as a Contractor of Choice and will be our first call in future projects.
    Thank you again!

  • Alfred Horie Construction (Flood 2013 Work)

I am pleased to offer this testimonial and letter of support for KEWLTEC Inc. Construction Solutions, Mr. Paulo Alves and his team.
Kewltec was engaged to provide equipment, earthworks and piling services for a temporary gymnasium as part of the 2013 Alberta Flood relief effort. This project started Mid December and in one of the swiftest and harshest winters in S. Alberta’s recent history.
Kewltec was unwavering in their commitment and completed their scope as well as assisted us and other trades in getting the site and works completed in as timely a fashion as possible.

This project being a design-build, Kewltec’s practical solution finding and project focus was critical to the high quality delivered and quick execution. MORE...

  • Failed Foundation Repair

On or about May of 2010 we began noticing cracking both in the basement floor and walls of our ½ duplex adjacent to a golf course in the City of Medicine Hat, Alberta. Further south of the property is a creek. We knew we had to have this all repaired whether we stayed in the house or sold it. Thus began our search for a contractor to repair our home of 4 years.
